1. Sterilize: Before first use, boil the menstrual cup in water for 5–10 minutes.

2. Prep: Wash your hands and apply a small amount of the included lubricant to the rim of the cup.

3. Insert with Applicator: Place the cup into the applicator, fold as needed, and gently insert into the vagina. Release the cup to let it form a seal.

4. Wear: The cup can be worn safely for up to 12 hours depending on your flow.

5. Remove & Clean: To remove, relax, pinch the base of the cup to release suction, and gently pull out. Empty contents, rinse with warm water, and reinsert.
